(1) Approving, approving or supporting any treaty that requires the ratification, accession, acceptance or support of treaties on subjects other than those mentioned in sub-section (2) of Article 279 of the Constitution. If it falls or wants to join any treaty, the Government of Nepal should submit a related proposal to the Legislature-Parliament. It must be passed by the majority of the number of members.
(3) After the resolution is passed by the Legislature-Parliament in accordance with sub-section (2), the Government of Nepal shall give notice of approval, approval, support or accession to the relevant parties or authorities in accordance with the provisions of the treaty.< /p>
(4) In the case of a treaty establishing an intergovernmental organization or obtaining membership of any such organization or a treaty that is contrary to prevailing laws, even if there is no provision for ratification, accession, approval or support in such treaty, until the resolution is passed by the Legislature-Parliament, Nepal Or the government of Nepal cannot be a party to such a treaty.
